Use artificial intelligence as your superpower!
Askly AI is new generation of human-like chatbots, already helping hundreds of companies, from small to large enterprises.
You can set up the AI Assistant yourself or Askly team can do it for you.
AI Assistants built by Askly team are more thoroughly trained and their knowledge base expands over time.
(If you’d like a full-service setup, go to Settings > Team Members > ai@askly.me)
Built by you:
Go to Settings > AI Assistant, Askly will guide you through the setup step by step.

Add your website as a data source.
Recommended URLs include /products, /pricing, /services, /faq, /terms, etc.
We generally suggest excluding /blog and similar pages.
Website content updates automatically and periodically.
Make sure your license covers all website content pages (Billing > You can see how many content pages your plan includes).
If you’re unsure how many content pages your website has, your developer can provide this information.

Adding recurring topics
Add a topic, a question, and the desired answer.
Each topic should be unique, this makes it easier to search and edit later.
Examples: “Opening hours”, “Returns”, “New customer inquiry”, etc.
You can also add very specific topics.
During setup, you can choose whether the AI should forward inquiries on a particular topic to your team. The AI can also collect input from customers.
Example:
Customer: “I’d like to purchase this product/service under a company name. Is that possible?”
AI Response: “We’d be happy to help. Please send us your company’s legal name and your email address.”
In this way, the AI can collect all kinds of input, order numbers, return reasons, customer details, and more.
The information you add as an answer is always treated as the highest-priority data for the AI assistant.

Upload documents
Manuals, FAQs, email templates used by your support or sales teams, these are excellent sources of knowledge for your AI assistant.
Think of your AI assistant as a new team member.
Would it be enough to just share your website domain with them? Of course not.
To handle customer inquiries professionally, the AI needs access to as much internal information as possible, anything that currently lives in someone’s computer or head.

You can modify your AI assistant’s knowledge anytime under the Responses section or by uploading a new document.
Changes take effect immediately, so the next customer already benefits from the updated answer.
All AI conversations are saved and accessible in the AI Assistant folder on the Askly dashboard.
At any time, you can take over a conversation manually and add your own input.
If you want the AI to continue the conversation afterward, simply archive it, this tells the AI that your input has been processed.
You can also test your AI assistant before activating it (Settings > AI Assistant > General).

We’ll deliver a fully functional solution and set up the AI assistant to respond on your website, Facebook, and Instagram 24/7 if needed.
The AI replies in the same language used by the customer.
If a support agent needs to step in, real-time translation is automatically enabled, allowing your team to reply in their preferred language.
Your team’s workflow remains the same.
A dedicated AI Assistant folder will appear on your Askly dashboard, showing all customer conversations.
You can take over any conversation whenever needed.
If the AI struggles with a question, it will automatically escalate it to your team (with notifications), before the customer gets frustrated.
Askly’s AI assistant is significantly more cost-effective than manual labor:
If your team has no prior experience developing AI assistants, we recommend the full-service option — Askly handles the setup, continuous updates, and ensures your AI also collects leads and contributes to sales growth.
To start with the full-service setup:
The AI will start responding within 1–2 business days, and the Askly team will continuously improve it.
Some of our clients say the Askly AI Assistant is “the best customer service agent and salesperson they’ve ever had.”
Still, to set the right expectations — no AI assistant is 100% perfect (none of us are).
Statistically, in about 1 out of 10 cases, the AI may misinterpret or respond inaccurately based on your website content.
However, since the overall benefit far outweighs these rare cases, we recommend politely taking over such conversations, apologizing if necessary, and providing the correct response.
Customers are usually understanding and forgiving.
The AI assistant can also respond to your Facebook and Instagram direct messages.
Just make sure your business accounts are connected:
Settings > Configuration > Connect FB and IG (business accounts only).
You can choose which channels the AI will handle in the AI Assistant settings.

A realistic expectation at the beginning is to automate 20–40% of customer interactions — our goal is always to do it in the most customer-friendly way.
In some cases, we’ve managed to develop AI assistants that autonomously handle 50–60% of inquiries within just a few days.
If you’re experienced with AI tools and can continuously improve the assistant yourself, the monthly cost is €54–€97 + VAT — extremely affordable compared to labor costs.
The number of AI responses and web content pages included in each plan can be viewed [here].
Full service:
AI Assistants developed by Askly work on any website platform, require no development effort, and offer an affordable solution for companies of all sizes.
We believe your employees shouldn’t have to manually type answers to repetitive questions anymore and your customers shouldn’t have to wait for them.
Let’s face it, modern customers rarely read website information, yet they always expect fast and personal service.
That’s exactly the kind of customer experience we aim to create!
Let your AI Assistant start working for your business.
